The Effect of Encapsulated Probiotic to Performance of Vannamei Shrimp (Litopenaeus vannamei Boone, 1931)

Feed is a very important factor in vannamei shrimp culture. The initial stage of stocking the cultivation requiring higher percentage feed. application probiotics intensive culture known to have significant effect on survival shrimp. Encapsulation can increase viability probiotic bacteria compared free cells without encapsulation. Research has been carried out provision encapsulated consortia purpose this study was observe selected consortium performance research method used experimental and data obtained were analyzed descriptively. observed parameters specific growth rate, rate feed conversion ratio. results showed that fifth Bacillus Lactobacillus could weight length (0.62% 9.81%), (85.42%) ratio (1.08).
